A little training excursion in the mulch trail

This SWAN was HUGE!!!
Decided to stay home this weekend, instead of going all the way up to DC. Got some good riding in on the road bike, MTB, and cross rig.

A fellow Blogger caught in the act! JB grabbing a pic of Crazy's new labelled cross wheels to help deter theivery! Damn theives have been known to peel stickers off. Chumps didn't show in Trashmore... Hope to see them in C-ville next weekend . JB has been in a lot of pain for the better part of a week with a messed up back. Good to see him still tryin to get his RideOn! Thanx for an awesome lunch at Hometown Heroes!
