I have to post and promote about my boy Bender who's doing a fundraiser ride and wants our help. Goto his blog thru my lizinks and get the scoop.

Albe asked me to get the word out on on the va off-du held at york river state park.

I will have more info on both of these as soon as I can get some interwebs

    Unfortunately, the York River Off Road Du was cancelled this year. Bright side is it opens up the weekend to hit those CX races.
