I'm bummed that I'm not going to make it out this week but I'll be hitting the expressofitness.net trainer at the gym and thinking about being out there with you all.
Although I am not a cyclo fan,That actually looks like fun, minus the running part.You all look strong .best of luck for the Cyclo season!!! Todd Helmick
